A woman who allegedly got a tattoo of her 152 Facebook friends was a hot topic this week. With nearly 9,000 page views and a dozen or so comments, the story leads Adweek’s most popular list. Although the video of YouTube user Susyj87 getting Facebook profile pictures tattooed on her arm turned out to be an advertising stunt, it provided readers with plenty of entertainment. It even prompted ideas for a new social network that specializes in body art like "Fleshbook.".

The big agency news news this week was Mcgarrybowen winning Burger King’s creative account, shortly after landing the Sears account. Mcgarrybowen Has 'It' Agency Moment discusses those wins and speculates whether United’s creative and media business is next for the shop. The story was mentioned in more than 200 tweets and got 114 “likes” on Facebook.

Murdoch Paper Reports Fourth Murdoch Marriage raked in both page views and Twitter mentions—all because a cub reporter at one of Rupert Murdoch's Australian newspapers accidentally posted placeholder text while training to use a content management system. Hey, at least the reporter got creative!

Another agency story made the list: Mars Agency Realigns. The news of Mars consolidating creative duties for its global brands at existing Omnicom partners BBDO and DDB was shared on the Web 64 times and mentioned in nearly 50 tweets.

McCann on Millennials, Social Media, and Brands wraps up this week’s lineup. The report on how brands should follow the top five traits young people look for in social friends was unsurprisingly quite popular on social nets (almost 300 tweets and 100 Facebook “likes”).
