Super-manly spokesmen have been proliferating ever since the Old Spice guy first started yammering in his bath towel. The genre is getting pretty thin, but Sauza tequila comes up with a new recipe for it in this amusing spot from Euro RSCG Chicago and Supply & Demand Integrated director Matt Lenski. It features the most manly of product demonstrations, as a hunky fireman shows you how to mix the perfect Sauza margarita. "During this collaboration with Euro, we almost militantly followed the mantra 'cheeky not cheesy' while mixing the ingredients of the Sauza spot: tequila, bone structure, and kittens … everything is better with kittens," says Lenski. Nicely written, nicely acted—and without the too-clever visual tricks that Old Spice knockoffs tend to feature. Ladies, I'm guessing you'll have what he's having.
