David Shulman continues to build out his new leadership team at Organic.
The CEO of the digital marketing agency made three top executive moves today. Former Team Detroit exec Monik Sanghvi, who started at Organic over a decade ago, has assumed the new role of chief strategy officer, and Joe DiMeglio, the general manager of Organic’s Detroit office, has risen to chief client officer, another new position.
In addition, Audrey Melofchik, the agency’s svp of engagement management, became general manager of Organic’s New York office, succeeding Amy McAllister, who last month joined JPMorgan Chase as executive director, digital marketing group.
The appointments come six months into the tenure of Shulman, who formerly was president of Wunderman. Since joining the Omnicom Group agency, he also has hired chief creative officer David Bryant, who had been creative strategist at Google, and chief talent officer Mark Murata, who previously was svp, talent acquisition and retention at Digitas.
Shulman and new strategy officer Sanghvi worked closely together in earlier roles at Digitas, where they built the agency’s Detroit office into a 200-plus person shop. At Team Detroit, Sanghvi was evp, chief digital and integration officer. At Organic, he'll steer the agency’s new strategic service practice.
DiMeglio has worked at Organic for the past seven years and managed the agency’s automotive practice. Earlier in his career, at JWT and Wunderman, he handled brands like Ford, DuPont and Lincoln-Mercury in CRM, B2B and traditional advertising.
Melofchik, who joined Organic in 2011, manages the agency’s Kimberly-Clark account, which she'll continue to do alongside her new GM responsibilities. Before Organic, she was a business director at JWT, heading up the Johnson & Johnson/McNeil business.
