CANNES, France—Dove's wildly successful "Real Beauty Sketches" campaign, the runaway viral advertising success of 2013 so far, won the Titanium Grand Prix at Cannes Lions here tonight, earning Ogilvy & Mather in Brazil its second Grand Prix of this festival and the Ogilvy network its fourth overall.

The Dove campaign was centered on a video in which a criminal sketch artist drew women as they described themselves, and as other people described them. The differences are stark—a potent reminder to women that they're more beautiful than they think.

Along with the Titanium Grand Prix, the work also won an Integrated Gold Lion.

Ogilvy Brazil earlier this week won the Grand Prix in Promo & Activation for an innovative organ-donor campaign. Ogilvy Paris won the Outdoor contest, and Ogilvy Amsterdam was tops in Media.

U.S. work fared well in the Titanium & Integrated Lions category, too.

Nike's "Find Your Greatness" campaign, entered by the marketer's communications team, won a Titanium Lion and an Integrated Silver. Wieden + Kennedy in Portland, Ore., won a Gold Lion for Procter & Gamble's "Proud Sponsor Of Moms," while W+K in New York won a Bronze Lion for ESPN's "Team Spirit."

Droga5 in New York won a Titanium Lion for Prudential's "The Challenge Lab."

Winning a Silver Lion was BBH New York for Axe's "Susan Glenn." And winning Bronze Lions were Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Boulder, Colo., for Grey Poupon's "Pardon Me" reboot, and Barton F. Graf 9000 in New York for Ragu's "A Long Day of Childhood."
